Recently I utilized LitExtension to migrate one of my online stores to Shopify. I let the techs do the migration for me and I had a great experience. Very nice to work with a knowledgeable person and company.
I must say that Kane was very helpful with all the technical assistance we need. It has been a huge migration with so much complexities in between, but Kane was always there with explanation, reports and technical details to sort out our every query. Super helpful indeed!
What an amazing team at LitExtension. I had a more advanced project migrating from WP Memberpress to Shopify. I was worried moving so many customers across, but Kane was amazing explaining the process. He then always checked up and made sure I was happy. They even did a second update as transfer of website was delayed.
After a little misunderstanding about a quirk of our database and a server issue likely out of his control I had a good experience with the support contact who performed the migration.

I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received for our migration. I have used other services in the past which were not so great, but with LiteExtension the communication, service and most importantly the effort put in to ensure our migration went smooth was 10/10. Our representative put in the extra work when we encountered some issues and stayed up late, outside of work hours to help us complete. Would definitely recommend.
I worked with Dean on a data transfer project for a client. I've been working with ETL experts for well over a decade on similar projects and this was the the best experience I've ever had. Every time we encountered a problem Dean was quick to react and was willing to chat with me online during our go live process just in case there were any issues. My experience with LitExtension is a great one. From the start, customer service was very personable and I was able to communicate my requirements well through Skype. My migration agent Johnny was also very efficient, knowledgeable and great at following instructions. We had a very complicated project to merge two WooCommerce websites into one. One a membership/subscription and the other a traditional physical and download products. With over 20k customers and heavy traffic it was a challenge. We interviewed a few companies and settled on LitExtension for the migrations. With so many moving parts, there were some things that didn't port over, so their tech Harry jumped back in to fix that, in addition he went above and beyond to grab extra data that wasn't discussed in the work order. While we had an 11 hour time difference, Harry was online at all hours to help us get everyone over in our short "downtime" window. Special shout out to Harry and the team at LitExtension!!
