How to check the number of products on your Pinnacle shop?

PinnacleCart is the all-in-one webstore solution obsessively engineered to increase visitors and conversions while growing sales.

To estimate how much it costs to migrate from/to PinnacleCart, you should know how many entities you have on the site. With three simple steps, you can check the number of entities on the PinnacleCart platform. Follow the detailed instructions below to perform it. Let’s start!

Step 1: Check the number of products

To see how many products are available in your current store, on the left in the admin panel, please click on the tab “Products & Categories”, then choose “Browse Products”. In the Search Products menu, please choose Status as “Any”, Category as “Any” and Tag as “Any”, and click on the Search button. 

Then you will be able to see the total number of products on the top right of the list, as highlighted in the image below.

Step 2: Check the number of customers

To see how many customers are available in your current store, on the left in the admin panel, please click on the tab “Orders & Customers”, then choose “Customers”. In the Search Customers menu, please choose From the date when you launch the store To the current date , and click on the Search button. 

Then the total number of customers will appear on the top right of the list, as highlighted in the image below.

Step 3: Check the number of orders

To see how many orders are available in your current store, on the left in the admin panel, please click on the tab “Orders & Customers”, then choose “Orders”. In the Search Products menu, please choose Order Payment Status as “Any”, Order Period as “Any”, Order Status as “Any”, and click on the Search button. 

Then the total number of orders will appear on the top right of the list, as highlighted in the image below.
