Notably, PrestaShop has the largest community compared with other shopping carts with more than 1,200,000 members in total.
Unlike other open-source solutions, PrestaShop offers a dedicated support for online merchants. You can schedule a 15-minutes meeting with PrestaShop experts or contact directly with the support team via phone call. The PrestaShop Technical Assistance service also provides four main support plans that you can choose depending on your specific needs, as shown on the above picture. Currently, Shopify provides more than 70 different themes in its theme store. These Shopify themes are all mobile-optimized and support a decent variety of business types with many colouring options. Thus, users can easily choose a theme that suits their business’ characteristics.
Due to Shopify’s proprietary codebase, the platform offers limited customization options. However, you can utilize Shopify’s specialized ‘Liquid’ language to tailor your store’s design and make your brand stand out.
