• Can I ask for a refund after purchasing?

    Migration Tools: If the tool does not work for your case by following our setup instructions, or it does not live up to what has been advertised, we will refund with full amount within 30 days. The following cases are not eligible for refund:

     

    • You did not follow our Installation/User Guide which cause the tool fails to work. 
    • You have no clear evidence that the tool fails to work.
    • You want extra features/functionalities which the tool does not have.
    • Your source store has been configured to prevent the connector to work.
    • Your target store has been tweaked or installed with custom modules which prevent the migration module to work properly.
    • Any extra plugins like Password, SEO, Custom field

  • Can I get a refund for the Assistant / All-in-one package?

    We always assure that when you purchase our Assistant / All-in-one package, we will cover all steps of setting up a product and eliminate all problems that may occur in the process of installation. As the fee is paid for the amount of time that we spend on serving you, it cannot be refunded. In the event that you would be dissatisfied with our service, please contact our Sales Manager at contact@litextension.com.

  • I purchased over 30 days but I haven’t used your product. Can I ask for a refund?

    We understand your situation but in this case, we can not give you the refund as it’s against our policy which was established to apply to most cases. However, we will try to give you the maximum support to solve all the problems that may occur.

  • I purchased two (or more) items in an order. Can I get a refund for one of them?

    Yes, It can be acceptable if you comply with our refund policy. Please note that discounts applied to your orders will not be given back.

    For example, you purchased 2 items of $50 and got 5% discount on each item. The total amount that you paid is $95 ($50*95%*2). When you ask for a refund for one item, the amount that you receive will be $45 (to subtract the product price ($50) from the order amount ($95)).
